This policy explains what Lucky Vaults (website and mobile app) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Your phone number and a 4-digit PIN (stored encrypted) to create and protect your account.
• Optional profile details you add: display name, email and profile photo.
• Messages and photos you send to our support team, and posts, comments and likes you make in the feed.
• A notification token for your device, so we can tell you when support replies.
• Basic technical data (last active time, device type, IP address and a random device identifier) to keep the service secure and to prevent fraud, such as one person creating several accounts.

How we use it

Only to run your account, answer your support chats, show the community feed and send you notifications about replies. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

Who can see it

Your phone number and email are visible only to you and to our support staff. Other members only see your display name and photo.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, Delete account) or as described on this page. Your account, chat history, posts, comments and likes are then permanently removed.
